Training Plan
This is the page where I list the activities by week of training and the races I mixed in (listed in red). Again, following this blindly will not get you what you need. Everyone is different and some people will need to take it slower than others and some will be further along at the start. The danger is that someone is in "good shape" and they feel like the plan is too easy in the beginning. Well, it is easy in the beginning because six months of training can take a toll.
